froggy day – frogs with umbrellas hair sticks

One pair of 9″ wooden hair sticks, decorated with a silver-toned set of little frog charms under colorful umbrellas.

The froggy charms are about 1.5″/4cm from top to bottom, and around 3/4″/2cm across at their widest. They weigh in at 5.5grams each & 11g a pair–so each stick is about the weight of a nickel.

These particular sticks hold up well to heavier or curly hair, and have proven long enough to hold hair that’s past waist length. They’ll work for people with finer or shorter hair too, though! The sticks are also sealed, so you can wear them in wet hair without worries.

Why “froggy day”? I started making these during an extremely rainy, soggy outdoors event–so even though I’d left MY umbrella at home, these guys were covered. 😛
